India to build 14 railway coping strategies China, Pakistan

India is planning to build 14 strategic railway near the border with China and Pakistan to facilitate the transfer of soldiers, to prepare to deal with the challenges from two neighboring countries.


The Press Trust of India on 27/10 led the knowledgeable source said 14 railway lines , of which 12 have been online survey completed , will complement the 73 roads are being built along Route actual control ( LAC ) with China .
The rail line is planned to build in 4 states in northern India , including Jammu and Kashmir bordering Pakistan and China , Arunachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand bordering China and Rajasthan borders Pakistan .Indian Defence Minister A. K. September Antony admitted in Parliament that the infrastructure of China better than India because India was slow to decide to build roads and other facilities along the border . Mr. Antony called it a " mistake " and a " total failure " of all successive governments .
But after years of neglect , Mr Antony said India is promoting the development of the base along the border with China , including the construction of roads , setting up two brigades mountainous and build more airports and landing new .




Bilateral relations between India and China have been tense earlier this year after India accused Chinese troops from entering its territory .
China claims sovereignty over the territory of about 90,000 km2 in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, which Beijing called Southern Tibet , while India claims sovereignty over the territory of 38,000 km2 is controlled by China in the Aksai Chin in the west , as well as more than 5,000 km2 of land in Kashmir which Pakistan moved to China border agreement in 1963.
In 1962 , the Chinese army and India was falling into a short but bloody war , and then as a small bump in the later years .
Last week , in Beijing , the two most populous countries in the world have signed a cooperation agreement in order to avoid military conflict along the border .
" I believe that the agreement will help maintain peace and stability in the border areas ," Prime Minister Li Keqiang told reporters after the signing of the border agreement , which takes place after the talks with his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh .
