German Delegation to U.S. intelligence investigate wiretapping scandal

A delegation of the German intelligence officials on 30/10 was in Washington, to clarify allegations U.S. intelligence tracking of mobile phones Chancellor Angela Merkel.


According to the BBC , the foreign policy adviser Merkel and coordinator of German intelligence will have talks at the White House .

Ms. Hayden said the meeting was part of an agreement reached between President Obama and Prime Minister Merkel last week on strengthening U.S. cooperation - German intelligence issues .
